  Falling Water was amazing, you could here the stream behind the property and it created a very tranquil stay. The house has a nice cosy layout and amazing views from the back deck. It's a short walk down to the stream out back which was also super amazing. The house is well equipped and reasonably priced. We would definetly stay there again.

  This property was beautifully clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walks along the river, the shops, the bakery and indian restaurant, also Healesville Zoo. The view out the back window was beautiful.

  We enjoyed our stay at Falling Water. A bit of a drive from town but in such a beautiful forest setting. We loved hearing the creek and the beautiful birdsong.

  When we arrived the house had not been cleaned and we were forced to sleep in dirty bedding for the night. This was outrageous as i had pain in full for the rental. The management company had not arranged for cleaning and were not contactable after hours. Even after the cleaners had come through the oven and cooker were still disgusting. There was a large hole in the pan under one of the rings in the cooker as this had rusted away. The house needs general maintenance. A new vanity in the bathroom that did not pool water would have been nice. Faucets need replacing. The house sleeps 6 comfortably but the kitchen was very small and difficult to cook for 6. No dishwasher is ok, but a kitchen sink with more than a single bowl would be nice. A double sink in the kitchen would be a great help. Driveway was difficult to find in the dark and a steep reverse for the car down a hill which was not ideal. Washing machine-(but no powder) however no washing line to hang any clothes on and no clothes pegs! Warburton is a great place to be based but we stayed in much nicer places on our trip to Victoria for a lot less money.
